PA to Director: Midrand (Salary Neg)

The Personal Assistant /PA/Executive Assistant/Secretary will be between 25-40 years old and responsible for:
* * Extensive Diary management
* * Liaising with existing and new clients in order to setup appointments
* * Extensive telephone assistance, PR work
* * Compile Word documentations, Excel and PowerPoint for pricelists and meetings
* * Work with Databases/Spreadsheets

You MUST have

* * Previous experience within Telecoms or Office Automation industry
* * Experiences supporting at senior level
* * Excellent understanding of urgency
* * Ability to work quickly under pressure
* * Ability to work independently
* * Ability to organise and prioritise
* * Excellent attention to detail
* * Ability to manage stress
* * Ability to anticipate needs, particularly for repeated tasks

Siemens Telecom Field Technician Gauteng – Midrand

As a field technician you will be responsible for servicing the Hipath 1100 and Hipath 3000   hardware, software and applications such as MAN3000 and BoXit voicemail. You will work in a self directed environment and be required to maintain a high level of customer contact and service satisfaction. You need strong PC skills and excellent problem solving ability. A fair knowledge in LAN/WAN technology will be an advantage.
